Professional staff and were more than helpful. Junior suite was decent and had crisp sheets and big closet. We had a breathtaking ocean view and a good sized bed. Efficient business location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a class museum. Pool was lovely and there was a spectacular restaurant on site.

It was a very positive stay. Wonderful location, the hotel was new generation and fairly clean. Polanco district was worth exploring. Had cold drinks in the karaoke bar in the evening...
